These services are designed to enhance debit card security, minimizing disruptions and allowing you to manage flagged transactions smoothly and efficiently.
Premium Texting for Real-Time Alerts
Premium Texting offers immediate notifications and responses to streamline fraud management on your debit card. Here’s what to expect:
- Automatic Enrollment: All cardholders are automatically enrolled. Messages are sent only when a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent.
- Immediate Alerts and Follow-Up: If a transaction is flagged, you’ll receive a text within 30 seconds. Confirming a valid transaction will prompt you to retry it. If you do not respond within 15 minutes, you’ll receive a call from our fraud center.
- Secure Communication: Texts will be sent from the short code 37-268, with call center contact numbers provided for further assistance if needed.
