Card Activation & PIN Changes
Customers may call our IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system at 1-800-567-3451 to activate new or reissued ATM or Debit cards, or to initiate a PIN change. The system will ask for the card number and other identifying information for validation. If you have any questions about this new system, please contact us at (434) 352-7171.
Fraud Center Calls
We are in partnership with a Fraud Detection Center to notify customers by telephone of unusual activity on their ATM or Debit Card. You will not be asked for information other than your ZIP code. With a Farmers ATM or VISA Check Card:
– Withdraw cash from a Savings or Checking account
– Make Transfers
– Make Deposits
– Obtain balance information
– Use at any location, including foreign ATMS
– Cards are safeguarded with a personal identification number (PIN)
With a VISA Check Card, you can do all of the above plus:
Pay for goods or services at any merchant or business that accepts VISA.
VISA check cards for businesses are also available – ask your Relationship Banker how to apply.
24 Hour ATM Banking is available at all our branches.
If either card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to one of our branches or call our toll-free number.
